This incredible 5 bedroom/5 bath house pictured on the left in the picture above has only one house sitting between you and the spectacular sandy beach, but you would think it is beach front because the houses in front sit so low.  One of them, in fact sits at road level and you can see right over the top.  There are two balconies in this stunning house with a 4 car garage.  Only two of the garages are available to renters, the other two garages are for owners only use. There are 3 brick boveda ceilings and 3 fireplaces in this vacation home.  The house was completed in October 2006.  We had our first renters in the property on November 3rd., 2006. 

The main entrance to this house has a 6 ft wide hallway lined by columns which are all linked above by a Gothic arched ceiling that is reminiscent of Renaissance architecture of Europe.

RENTAL INFO:  This beautiful 5 bedroom house rents for $450 per night weekdays, $525 weekends and $600 per night for holidays. there is also a $100 cleaning fee per visit and applicable taxes apply.

This is a wonderful vacation home or  resort destination for you and your family and/or friends.  It has a separate TV room with sofa sleeper which almost seems like a 6th bedroom.  The design is not broken up so when staying and using the entire house there is a natural flow.

There are two master suites and 4 of the bedrooms have ocean views.  Only one bedroom out of the five does not have an ocean view.

This house is located in the gated community of Las Conchas in the town of Rocky Point, Mexico.  Rocky Point is also know as Puerto Penasco and is located only 3-1/2 hours drive from Phoenix and Tucson.  It is in the Mexican state of Sonora and is within the free zone allowing for easy movement back and forth across the border without the need for visas nor permits for vehicles.
