Weekdays: $450 per night
Weekends: $525 per night
Holidays: $600 per night
There is a $20 charge per person per night for each person over 14 people
Cleaning fee $100 per visit.
Taxes are 12% of the rental amount but not taxed on the cleaning fee or deposit.
Security Deposit: $600.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Sleeps 14-18 people.
This house has 4 bedrooms with king sized beds, sleeping two people per bedroom. There is one additional bedroom with two bunk beds. Each bunk bed has a double sized bed on the bottom and a single bed on top. This bedroom sleeps 6 people. Total, this house is designed to sleep 14 people. However there is a TV room with a sofa sleeper and the great room has a sofa sleeper. With the additional 4 people in sofa sleepers this house could sleep 18 people.
DINING ARRANGEMENTS:
There is a large dining table that will seat 10 people and 8 bar stools at the kitchen bar that brings the total seating arrangements to 18. |
